Senior Companions: Make Independence a Reality

Encourages Americans, age 55+, to volunteer and join the Senior Companion program. Shows actual volunteers from across the country who are meeting critical needs in their communities.

Senior Companions help older Americans stay in their own home. Whether giving families or professional caregivers much-needed time off, running errands, or simply being a friend, they make a difference that strengthens and helps preserve an individual's independence. Senior Companions help control the rising costs of health care.
