Janus Foundation
The Janus Foundation looks to develop partnerships with nonprofit organizations that are innovative, visionary, and forward thinking in their approach in communities throughout the country. The Foundation focuses on two giving areas nationally: at-risk youth through education, and community service and volunteerism. Open Society Institute: Criminal Justice
Primary focus areas are: to help prisoners make a successful transition from incarceration to productive, crime-free lives in the community; and to encourage policies and practices that divert juvenile offenders from correctional facilities to appropriate community-based programs in order to reduce juvenile incarceration. Ralph and Eileen Swett Foundation
