Looking for a session that already occured? You can see a list of all trainings provided in the previous six months in the Senior Corps Training Archive. All previous trainings - and many other resources - are available in Litmos.

We encourage you to register for upcoming sessions beforehand, so that we can plan appropriately and get in touch if there are any last minute changes or updates. After registering, you'll receive a confirmation that includes a calendar invitation. Registration is not required to attend or access recordings. We use it only for planning and communications about the specific event you're interested in.

Educating Elected Officials: Incorporating Site Visits, Volunteers, and More

Improper Payments (IPERIA) Documentation Requirements and Best Practices

In this webinar, we will be joined by CNCS' Office of the Chief Risk Officer to learn more about CNCS' annual improper payments assessment, also known for the law that established this process, the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Improvement Act (IPERIA). Presenters will go in depth on how to make the process less burdensome for you, the documents required and how they are assessed, and how you can avoid common findings.
