My AmeriCorps Launch Update

Dear National Service Colleagues,

We are happy to inform you that the 3rd upgrade to My AmeriCorps will be launching next week, on Monday July 27, 2009 as scheduled.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the scheduled system outage. Please be advised that in order to prepare for the launch, our systems – including My AmeriCorps, eGrants and eSPAN – will be unavailable from 8:00pm Eastern, Friday, July 24 through 8:00am Eastern, Monday July 27. So please plan accordingly. I also encourage you to refer to the operating status page for additional updates and to monitor the system’s status.

For AmeriCorps State and National folks, you still have an opportunity to sign up for the remaining webinars being offered: Program Management, Member Recruitment, Member Enrollment and Member Management. Please go the Resource Center to register. You will also find My AmeriCorps tutorials to use at your convenience.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding throughout this entire process. We are looking forward to a successful launch and to the enhancements the new system will provide to all of us!
