Executive Committee

The purpose of the Executive Committee is to consider issues on behalf of the full Board as needed between meetings.

Program, Budget, and Evaluation Committee

The purposes of the Program, Budget, and Evaluation Committee is to ensure that the Corporation’s programs are being managed in a way that maximizes fulfillment of the Corporation’s mission, including through reviews of the Corporation’s annual budget submission to the Office of Management and Budget, the Corporation’s Strategic Plan, and research on or evaluations of the Corporation’s programs.

Oversight, Governance, and Audit Committee

The purposes of the OGA Committee are to monitor Corporation management and financial stewardship and inform and advise the full Board on matters within the Committee’s purview.

External Relations Committee

The purposes of the External Relations Committee are to improve overall support for service, build the partnerships needed (public, private and independent sectors) to accomplish the Corporation’s mission, tell the story of our programs’ impact, and develop the resources necessary to carry out the mission.
