Management, Audit, and Governance Committee

The purposes of the Management, Audit, and Governance Committee are to monitor Corporation management and financial stewardship, ensure effective communication with Legislative and Executive Branch authorities and inform and advise the full Board on matters within the Committee’s purview.

Program and Evaluation Committee

The purposes of the Program and Evaluation Committee are to ensure that the Corporation’s programs are being managed in a way that maximizes fulfillment of strategic plan goals and the Corporation’s mission and inform and advise the full Board on matters within the Committee’s purview.

Strategic Partnerships Committee

The purposes of the Strategic Partnerships Committee are to improve the overall position of service in the country, build the partnerships needed (public, private and independent sectors) to accomplish the Corporation’s mission, tell the story of our programs’ impact, and develop the resources necessary to carry out the mission.  The Committee will also inform and advise the full Board on matters within the Committee’s purview.
