In response to Funding Opportunity Number CNCS-COOP02152013, The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute (NREI) is applying for funding to develop and deliver two one-day training conferences for AmeriCorps programs and Senior Corps projects in the Atlantic Regional Cluster for the Corporation for National & Community Service. Footage from the 300-person capacity conferences will be edited to provide 12 educational modules of video plus supporting materials to include workbooks and other printed materials.
With Jack S. Nyman, executive director of The Newman Real Estate Institute, as Project Director, the Institute is well positioned to meet and exceed expectations for the CNCS Request for Proposal. As shown on its website (www.baruch.cuny.edu/realestate ), the Institute's staff has vast experience in delivering professional education and unique conferences on timely and important topics. For CNCS, the Institute's scope of work will include planning, branding, communications, registration, lodging arrangements and post-conference assessments of how effective the conferences were.
