Maryland-DC Campus Compact
Thirty-six (36) AmeriCorps members will lead creative interventions -- including digital storytelling, movie making, and service-learning -- designed to improve performance in math and literacy, student engagement, and parental involvement in six middle schools across Prince George's County, Maryland. During each year of the project, we anticipate providing programs for 1,350 middle school students and their parents. This project will focus on the CNCS Focus Area of Education. The CNCS investment of $477,923 will be matched with $161,929.
