Executive Summary

The Energy Service Corps program gives communities, young and old, the knowledge they need to stop energy from seeping from their homes, and acts as a community catalyst for greater energy efficiency. 11 full time and 162 minimum time members and the volunteers they recruit will teach 2,000 students about energy efficiency and conduct 1,200 home energy surveys that will help achieve short term reducations, while while fostering long term commitments to cleaner, greener neighborhoods.
