Youth and Family Services Network, Inc.
Youth & Family Services Network (YFSN) in partnership with ProYouthWork America proposes ProYouthWork Corps (PYWCorps), a National Direct Program that will support 55 AC members in 18 communities in 11 states. The program will target runaway, homeless, disadvantaged and otherwise disconnected youth in an effort to improve outcomes related to opportunity. AC members will assist youth in gaining life skills, education planning and achieving job readiness. Members will also participate in community volunteer recruitment, training and support. Established in 1977, the mission of YFSN, formerly known as SENetwork, is strengthening organizations as they strengthen youth, families and communities. It is anticipated that a minimum of 1,500 youth in the target population will receive support from AC members on an annual basis. 75% of youth will increase educational access. 80% will improve financial literacy and job readiness skills. 500 Volunteers will be recruited annually to support local agencies.
