Our goal is to provided support, mentoring, outreach, and guidance services to the underserved population in Sheboygan and Manitowoc County, putting an emphasis on at-risk youth and Hispanic individuals and their families. It is Partners mission "to combine the resources of both public and private sector providing services to meet the needs of minorities and the disadvantaged in order to promote self-sufficiency, community integration, and enhance the vitality of the local community."
